Operation Analysis and Control (OAC) is about involving and listening to the people who know the job best and develops a comprehensive, prevention orientated work process. The  OAC model has been designed to ensure that work operations are carried out, taking full account for safety, health and wellbeing. In that way people, plant, property and the environment are protected from harm prior to, during and after the work operation, regardless of the nature of the hazards faced.
